From the UK’s R&D facility projects are transferred to its Southeast Asian manufacturing facilities where the company have invested heavily in state-of-the-art machinery to maintain its competitive position.

Anthony is an experienced commercially driven CEO operating in the technology sector, which includes a background in consumer technology, semiconductors, and thermal management products. Anthony has operated in both corporate and SME companies, including public and private. He has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of London.

John Broadbent

John has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MA in Design Visualization. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the design, development, and manufacture of custom products primarily in the connector and thermal management sectors. Today, John focuses on the design of isothermal cold plates used in EV battery packs and ‘design for manufacturer reviews.’

Lucius Akalanne

Dr. Lucius Akalanne is an expert in the cooling solutions industry with a Ph.D. in Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer. Boasting a diverse career, he holds numerous patents and has authored scientific papers, showcasing his commitment to advancing thermal management technologies. Recognized as a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers he continues to shape the industry’s future through his strategic vision and technical leadership at Columbia-Staver.

Tim Sampson

Tim has over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry improving systems and managing Operations teams. He has held several management roles at Columbia-Staver and brings knowledge and skills in the areas of manufacturing, operations, logistics and customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance Manager
Darren Rickenberg

Darren has over 20 years’ experience in quality functions starting as a quality control inspector and progressing to EMS, QMS, and Health and Safety Management. He has previously worked in quality functions serving industries such as Energy Services, Oil and Gas and the Railway Infrastructure.
