Each customer has different design requirements and cooling challenges that lead to custom-made cold plates. Our cold plates are semi-isothermal and can be easily tuned to be thermally optimised from the prototype to the production stage without changing any external design interfaces or features.

Optimisation is done by CFD analysis and below is such a case where an already semi-isothermal cold plate is optimised and improves the cell population isothermals by 11.8%, with 15% of  the cell population cooled by a further 1°C & 75% by 0.5°C. The population improvements at a glance can be seen below and the enhancements will also improve cell life and reliability.
